Payments
Cheers Party Rentals Requires 100% payment on all orders placed for us to reserve them for a specific date. We cannot put rental equipment on hold for an event without full payment upfront. 50% Deposit on orders over $800 is ok with balance paid 2 weeks before event.
Rental Prices
The rental prices on our equiptment are for 1 day. If using our website to reserve your order please specify the event day only!
Refunds
(Due to COVID-19 there will be no refunds only credits on all orders after ordering.)
There is a $30-$50 non refundable charge to all orders after being placed. The charge amount is at the managers discretion and there are no exceptions. After the first 24 hours of paying for an order, our minimum cancellation charge will be 40% of total order amount.
-2 weeks before event date, Cheers will return only 60% of total order amount paid.
-1 week before event date, Cheers will return only 40% of total order amount paid.
-4 days or less before event date, Cheers will return only 20% of total order amount paid.
Changing Orders
Making changes to orders needs to be requested with time and might be possible depending on rental equipment availability and as long as order size is not reduced more than about 20%. Canceling an order after an order has been changed will be an extra 10% charge on top of any cancelation charges.
Special Charges
-Night delivery & pick up (after 7pm) , Sunday delivery may have a special charge.
-Small delivery window for large order that will require more help may be subject to helper fee. We will notify you before helper fee is applied.

Tax
Tax is included because the State of California requires us to collect and pay a usage tax and this is the same amount as sales tax, for all party rental items.
